Nabila Knife

The Nabila Knife combines Egyptian-inspired identity with a contemporary culinary format, balancing distinctive materials, functional geometry and handcrafted presentation.

Blade

Made from 3 mm thick BÖHLER N690 steel. The existing ECC specification identifies this steel for edge retention and resistance to rust and corrosion, with the blade heat-treated for hardness and durability.

Handle

Crafted from exotic wood and bone, with an emphasis on both visual character and comfortable handling.

Balance & Use

The knife is designed to balance blade and handle for controlled cutting. It is intended for common culinary tasks including slicing, dicing and chopping and is suitable for professional or home-kitchen use.

ECC Heritage

Nabila is part of ECC’s Egyptian Heritage Collection and is positioned as both a working culinary knife and a distinctive presentation or collectible piece.
